These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jet Set Go Destinations website and our travel-planning communications. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Separate supplier terms apply to any travel or event purchase.
Travel-planning services
Jet Set Go Destinations assists customers with travel research and arrangements, including hotels, vacation packages, cruises, excursions, rental cars, transportation, concerts and event tickets. Prices, schedules and availability may change until a supplier confirms the reservation. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, upgrades, refunds or a completed booking.
Planning and booking fees
Customized, complex or time-intensive requests may require a nonrefundable professional planning or booking fee. If a fee applies, the amount and included services will be disclosed and agreed upon before payment is collected or work begins. Supplier deposits, cancellation terms and refund rules are separate and will be disclosed with the applicable booking.
SMS program
Customers who provide a mobile number and separately check the optional SMS-consent box agree to receive text messages from Jet Set Go Destinations about their travel requests, quotes, bookings and trip updates.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may opt in again only by providing new consent.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing traveler names, dates, destinations, identification requirements, supplier terms and all itinerary details before authorizing a purchase. Do not email credit-card numbers, CVVs, passport numbers, Social Security numbers or images of payment cards. Use only the secure return method Lisa provides for sensitive booking information.
Third-party suppliers
Travel and event services are provided by independent suppliers. Their terms, conditions, change policies, cancellations and limitations apply to your purchase. Links to InteleTravel, event-ticket providers and other supplier websites are provided for convenience and do not make those websites part of this site.
Website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business travel inquiries. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit malicious or unlawful content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the revised terms are posted with a new effective date.
